* 01 */>3D Scanning and Point Cloud
Gutech Engenharia carries out 3D laser scanning surveys with SLAM, GNSS and LiDAR technology and produces an accurate point cloud of industrial plants, warehouses, substations, buildings and outdoor areas. In just a few hours in the field we record millions of points with real coordinates, showing the existing condition (as-built) at a level of detail that manual surveying cannot reach.
After the fieldwork, the point cloud is processed, cleaned and georeferenced and delivered in standard market formats, ready to use in the main engineering and architecture software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and similar). This way you measure, draw and model from what really exists, without rework and without new site visits. When the client needs the as-built project, we deliver the 3D model with plans, sections, 2D views and a descriptive report, signed with an ART (Brazilian Technical Responsibility Annotation).
Applications: as-built surveys of industrial and commercial buildings, renovation, expansion and retrofit projects, project coordination, volume calculation of stockpiles, silos and earthworks, equipment inventory and 3D virtual tours.
Based in Goiânia, we serve all of Brazil and Latin America, with a team that goes to your plant or job site, wherever it is.
* 02 */>Volume Calculation
Volume of biomass piles, bulk materials, cut and fill, measured by 3D scanning.

* 02 */>Volume Calculation
Gutech Engenharia performs volume calculation by 3D laser scanning: piles of biomass, wood chips, grain, ore and other bulk materials, as well as cut and fill areas, backfill, earthworks and vegetation clearing. The measurement is fast, done without contact with the material and without stopping the operation.
The scan produces a point cloud and a 3D model of the surface. By comparing this model with the base (floor, original ground or an earlier survey), we calculate the volume in m³ with far more accuracy than manual or estimated cubing. With the material density, the volume can also be converted into tons.
We deliver a technical report with the volumes, 3D model images, plans and sections, with ART. Periodic measurements allow you to control stock and inventory, verify job quantities for contractor measurement and track the evolution of yards and earthwork areas.
Based in Goiânia, we serve all of Brazil and Latin America, with a team that goes to your plant or job site, wherever it is.

* 03 */>Detailed Engineering
The Detailed Engineering project is a crucial step in building any industrial facility. It is responsible for developing and documenting the technical details needed to build and operate an industrial installation safely and efficiently.
During the Detailed Engineering phase, the engineers at Gutech Engenharia work to develop precise drawings and specifications for every component of the project. This ranges from choosing equipment and materials to defining piping, electrical and automation systems. It is also important to take into account the applicable safety and environmental standards and regulations.
In addition, during the Detailed Engineering phase, the engineers at Gutech Engenharia also work to ensure the integration of the project's various systems. This includes making sure the piping, electrical and automation systems work in a coordinated way, in order to guarantee efficient and safe operation of the installation.
It is important to stress that the Detailed Engineering phase is crucial to ensure the quality and safety of the project. It is in this phase that errors and problems are identified and corrected before construction begins. In addition, the detailed design is an important guide for manufacturers, assemblers and installers, ensuring that instructions are followed correctly.
In summary, the Detailed Engineering phase is a critical step in the construction process of any industrial project and is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and efficiency of the installation. With the right team and proper planning, this phase can be a great opportunity to optimize the performance of the project.
Request your proposal, avoid problems on your project and be surprised by the level of detail in our designs!

We develop engineering projects at every stage: conceptual design, to evaluate alternatives and estimate costs; basic design, which defines the technical solutions and allows budgeting and contracting; and detailed executive design, with everything needed to build the work.
We work on low and medium voltage electrical projects, substations, automation, lighting, lightning protection (SPDA) and industrial and commercial building installations. When the installation already exists, we survey it by 3D laser scanning (point cloud), which ensures that the project starts from real measurements.

* 04 */>Technical Inspections and Reports
Inspection and technical reports are essential to ensure the safety and efficiency of any industrial installation. These steps are responsible for identifying and correcting problems that could affect the operation of the installation, ensuring worker safety and protection of the environment.
During the inspection, Gutech Engenharia's specialized engineers and technicians carefully examine the installation, identifying potential problems and assessing compliance with technical standards and safety and environmental regulations. They also check that equipment and systems are operating properly and safely. After the inspection, a report is prepared detailing the findings and recommendations for correcting the problems identified.
Technical reports are another important step in ensuring the safety and efficiency of an industrial installation. These documents are prepared by Gutech Engenharia's specialized engineers and technicians and serve as proof that the installation complies with applicable standards and regulations. They may also be required by regulators and insurers.
In addition, inspections and technical reports are also important to ensure the continuity of the installation's operation. They can identify potential problems before they cause significant damage, which can avoid interruptions in operation and reduce maintenance costs.
In summary, inspection and technical reports are essential steps to ensure the safety and efficiency of any industrial installation. They help identify potential problems and ensure compliance with standards and regulations, ensuring the continuity of operation of the installation and preserving the safety of workers and the environment.

We prepare technical reports on electrical installations and occupational safety, thermographic inspections and photographic reports of non-conformities, with an action plan for each item found. The reports are signed by a qualified engineer, with ART.
* 05 */>PMO and EPCM
Let Gutech manage your project and your construction using the best project management practices.
learn more
* 05 */>PMO and EPCM
Project management is a crucial part of industry, and there are two models commonly used to ensure the success of a project: PMO (Project Management Office) and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management).
A PMO is a centralized project management office responsible for planning, managing and monitoring projects. It is made up of a team of experienced project managers and supports the other teams involved in the project. The PMO team ensures that project objectives are achieved within the established deadline, budget and quality.
EPCM is a project management model used for construction and engineering projects. This model is based on hiring a specialized company to manage all stages of the project, from planning through construction and commissioning. The EPCM company is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the established deadline, budget and quality.
Both models, PMO and EPCM, have their own advantages and disadvantages and should be chosen based on the specific needs of the project. However, both are crucial to ensure that industrial projects are completed successfully.
Get in touch and request a proposal, we are specialists in PMO and EPCM.

We provide project management using internationally recognized methodologies (PMBOK and PRINCE2): planning, scheduling, cost and deadline control, supplier management, construction follow-up and delivery. We act as the client's PMO or under the EPCM model (engineering, procurement and construction management), from the initial study through commissioning.
